We have chosen to introduce the garden of Fótliget from among our several works, since this piece faithfully reflects almost all the instances of the process of landscape construction.
We started constructing the garden on September 3rd. The state of the garden before that can be seen in picture 1.
During the process of mechanical landscaping, the weeds and debris coming from the construction of the house were cleared and carried away and soil was laid, which was then smoothed manually. (picture2)
On the 14th day after the beginning of the work, the garden was handed over to the owner. The state of the garden is illustrated by picture 3. Here, the plants have already been planted, the bed curbs laid, and the irrigation system installed. Finally, grass seeds were sown.
On the 12th day after the handing over, we found the state of the lawn and the plants satisfactory. This is seen in picture 4. The grass will be hard-wearing by the beginning of next summer; the plants on the slope will wholly cover the ground in two years.
